As the event promoter/organizer, you may choose to pass along our services fees directly to your attendees in the form of industry-standard "Convenience Fees" or "Service Fees". Alternately, you may decide to include the cost of our service fees in your ticket prices, thereby offering a "Fee Free" purchasing experience. Your event. Your choice. You are in control.

The specifics

Our current service fee is %10 of the ticket face value. This fee is reduced to %6 if you provide your own PayPal or merchant account for credit card processing. Complimentary (no value) tickets are $0.10 per ticket. There is a minimum fee of $4.00 per order for any printed tickets mailed directly to the customer. Non-profit organizations and churches are eligible for a %2 service discount, when requested with proper documentation. Special pricing may be negotiated for high ticket volume customers. Service prices are subject to change.

Additional services
Our system is designed for "do-it-yourself" service. However, we can assist you with venue setup, seating chart design, event setup, and custom report. We also can provide live "telephone" box office services and on-site "door sales" staff. Please contact us for a custom quote for these added services.
