FAQ - Frequent Questions

>How soon can I sell tickets?
Right away. Click on "Sign Up" and provide some basic information. Then you will sign in to the Box Office interface, create a venue, design a seating chart, and add an event. The whole process can be completed in about 30 minutes (depending on the complexity of your seating chart).

>What type of ticketing is offered?
Each event can be configured with assigned/reserved seating, general admission (non-reserved) seating, or conference seating, or any combination of the three. Reserved seating requires you to build an online "seating chart" which can be easily designed with our interactive tool.

>How much ongoing effort is required?
You can participate as much or as little as you like. Our box office interface allows you full control over the ticketing process. You can take your own orders and "tweak" your settings whenever you wish, or you can "set it and forget" it and let our system handle all of your orders.

>When do I get paid?
We conduct a final settlement as soon as we have received funding for all payments associated with your event (typically 1-2 business days following the date of the event). If you provide your own merchant account, you will receive your payments directly from your merchant provider as soon as they are posted to your account.

>How do I get paid?
You may choose to receive your settlement electronically (via *PayPal), or you may choose to receive a check by mail. *PayPal fees may apply.

>What if my event is cancelled?
If your event is cancelled and no rescheduling is planned, QTickets will refund purchases to the ticket buyers. You may still be responsible for our service fees.
